This is the story of a burrito who lived in Santa Clara, Cuba, in the 1940s. He was a town celebrity and had many articles written about his adventures; even in the New York Times!
Everyday, Perico visited his favorite houses around town, knocking at the door with his hoof to get a snack or a drink.
The story includes a compilation of anecdotes, pictures and poems written about this famous character. The book, originally written by Arnaldo Artiles Quintana, has been re-written and edited as a second edition in collaboration with author, Susana Jimenez-Mueller. The Spanish and English versions are contained back to back within the same book cover.
